General Committee members meet once in a year and approve annual plan and budget. Special meeting can be held as per need. Any person who has attained and subscribes to the object of the organization is eligible to become a general member of the organization may be considered as the general member if she\/he shows written interest and the founder members at initial stage and the executive committee at the next approve through the general\/executive committee meetings with the condition of vacancy. The Executive committee shall in its absolute discretion, determined by 2\/3rd mejority all questions regarding membership and its decision shall be final.
